Develop strategies from customer insights and competitive research, analyze campaign performance, coordinate cross-functional launches, optimize paid and partner channels, build executive presentations, and manage end-to-end marketing projects to drive acquisition and efficiency.

Provide Epic implementation, optimization, upgrade, and support services for healthcare organizations. Analyze workflows, gather requirements, configure Epic, develop and execute test plans, support UAT and go-live, create documentation and training, troubleshoot issues, and assist change management to ensure regulatory compliance and adoption.

Schedule and monitor live and replay sporting events across channels, ensure guide schedules and authorizations, manually trigger blackouts, detect and resolve content or streaming issues, and lead problem-solving and process improvement efforts while coordinating with technical and business teams. Support morning and evening shifts including holidays.

Lead daily activities of a mobile broadcasting unit, ensure maintenance standards, and manage staff while providing excellent client support.
