Support an EPIC Refuel project through planning, configuration, build, testing, optimization, validation, and implementation. Analyze clinical and operational workflows, translate requirements into EPIC solutions, troubleshoot issues, document specifications and test materials, and support integrated testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and stakeholder collaboration. The consultant must work independently and contribute effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Produce and direct media content from concept through delivery across field, studio, live, internal, external, and social productions. Develop creative visions, scripts, treatments, and proposals; direct talent; shoot and edit video and photography; create graphics; manage schedules, budgets, resources, workflows, and deadlines; and collaborate with stakeholders and creative teams. Travel to company, vendor, and production locations as needed.

Provide Epic implementation, optimization, upgrade, and support services for healthcare organizations. Analyze workflows, gather requirements, configure Epic, develop and execute test plans, support UAT and go-live, create documentation and training, troubleshoot issues, and assist change management to ensure regulatory compliance and adoption.
