Design customer-facing business websites and digital merchandising experiences from wireframes through production-ready designs. Evolve dark-mode visual language and Figma design systems, create scalable components, prepare developer-ready specifications, and apply UX, accessibility, research, analytics, and testing insights. Collaborate with producers, business owners, developers, and design teams while balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.

Produces, directs, shoots, and edits video, photography, and live productions from concept through delivery. Develops creative visions, scripts, treatments, graphics, and production plans; directs talent; manages crews, schedules, budgets, workflows, and stakeholders; and delivers content for internal, external, and social channels. The role requires hands-on operation across field and studio environments, collaboration with creative and corporate teams, and travel to production locations as needed.

Produce, direct, shoot, edit, and deliver video, photography, live event, and social content from concept through completion. Develop scripts, treatments, creative direction, schedules, budgets, and production workflows; direct talent and crews; manage stakeholders and multiple simultaneous projects; create graphics; and ensure content aligns with brand standards. The role is project-based, part-time, onsite in Houston with some travel.
