Serve as primary contact for property owners across LATAM, manage and resolve owner inquiries and tickets, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain CRM records, run owner meetings, and recommend process improvements to boost owner satisfaction and retention.

Prepare and deliver monthly owner statements and payouts for managed properties, reconcile revenues across PMS/OTAs/payment processors, validate expenses and fees, produce performance reports, respond to owner inquiries, and improve reporting processes and system integrations.

Manage dynamic pricing and commercial performance for the Canadian portfolio. Implement pricing strategies using PriceLabs, monitor occupancy and revenue metrics, analyze market trends and OTAs, optimize booking rules, generate performance reports, identify underperforming listings, support new property launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize revenue and occupancy.

The Digital Marketing Manager will coordinate digital marketing activities, manage communications and a team, ensuring brand consistency and effective campaign execution.

Lead and coordinate digital marketing initiatives across channels, manage HubSpot campaigns and workflows, supervise social media, oversee press releases and newsletters, coordinate content calendars, and work with Growth and Sales to ensure consistent brand communication and campaign execution.
