Provides direct administrative and operational support to the COO, including calendar and meeting coordination, agenda and document preparation, action-item tracking, report consolidation, deadline monitoring, research, communications, and cross-department project coordination. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, independent prioritization, international team coordination, and occasional Saturday availability.

Serve as primary contact for property owners across LATAM, manage and resolve owner inquiries and tickets, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain CRM records, run owner meetings, and recommend process improvements to boost owner satisfaction and retention.

Prepare and deliver monthly owner statements and payouts for managed properties, reconcile revenues across PMS/OTAs/payment processors, validate expenses and fees, produce performance reports, respond to owner inquiries, and improve reporting processes and system integrations.
