Directs the clinical education program for a physical therapy academic program. The Financial Analyst supports financial operations for the Athletics Department, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and compliance. Responsibilities include budget management, financial reporting, and collaboration with Athletic staff and Finance Office, ensuring alignment with university goals.

Provide hands-on technical support for faculty, staff, and students: troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account issues; manage account/access services; deploy and maintain computers and peripherals; support classrooms, labs, and AV systems; maintain asset records and assist with technology refresh projects while delivering strong customer service.

Lead security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management across cloud and on-prem systems. Design and enforce security architecture (Zero Trust, IAM, PKI), support infrastructure and business continuity, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement cloud security and secure AI practices.

Process admission data for undergraduate, graduate, and online applicants; complete transcript requests; support transfer articulation using Ellucian Colleague and an AI evaluation tool; maintain transfer equivalency database; analyze data and generate reports to improve processes; represent the department in meetings and support the Associate Director as needed.

Provide executive leadership for undergraduate enrollment including first-year, transfer, and international recruitment. Develop data-informed recruitment strategies, manage operations and budgets, supervise enrollment staff, leverage CRM and analytics, partner across campus, and represent the university at events to meet enrollment and net tuition revenue goals.

Serve as primary contact and VA Certifying Official for veteran and active-duty students; certify VA educational benefits via Enrollment Manager and Ellucian Colleague; educate students on benefits; manage payments and debt; build veteran engagement in Salesforce CRM; recruit/supervise VA work-study; assist registration/graduation teams; handle student inquiries; and complete assigned projects.

Provide campus safety through foot and vehicle patrols, respond to emergencies, perform first aid/CPR/AED, enforce university policies, conduct preliminary investigations, maintain reports/logs, engage campus community, and participate in required certifications and training.

Tenure-track faculty position to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in actuarial science or computer science, advise students, maintain an active research agenda, support curriculum and program development, and engage with industry and university service.
