Coordinates student employment programs, adjunct and employee onboarding, employment compliance, Form I-9 processing, graduate assistantships, apprenticeships, and seasonal worker onboarding. Maintains employee records, personnel files, organizational charts, budgets, communications, and HR documentation while supporting HR initiatives. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, communication, policy interpretation, and the ability to manage high-volume processes and deadlines.

Leads registration and graduation operations, supervising academic records and enrollment staff. Provides escalation support for registration, grades, scheduling, graduation, and student records issues; ensures data accuracy, policy compliance, and process quality. Collaborates across university departments, trains staff, performs data analysis, supports commencement activities, participates in policy committees, and oversees reporting, case resolution, knowledge articles, and quality assurance.

Directs the clinical education program for a physical therapy academic program. Coordinates university and clinical-site communication, plans and assesses clinical experiences, prepares and advises students, monitors student progress, evaluates performance, develops clinical faculty, maintains site agreements and documentation, manages EXXAT placements, updates the clinical handbook, and ensures compliance with university, CAPTE, HLC, legal, and NC-SARA requirements.

Lead and grow the Bascom Honors Program by shaping curriculum, signature experiences, service-learning, and student community. Advise and mentor students, partner with enrollment, stewardship, advancement, and international programs, and represent the program internally and externally.

Leads operations and strategic execution for a revenue and community-prosperity division. Establishes operating cadences, scorecards, reporting, and accountability; oversees operations, administration, marketing, communications, government affairs, and community engagement. Personally manages complex community, economic-development, and capital projects from concept through completion while coordinating revenue teams and external partners. Requires strong operational leadership, project delivery, community-development expertise, staff management, data orientation, and sound judgment.

Provide hands-on technical support for faculty, staff, and students: troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account issues; manage account/access services; deploy and maintain computers and peripherals; support classrooms, labs, and AV systems; maintain asset records and assist with technology refresh projects while delivering strong customer service.

Lead security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management across cloud and on-prem systems. Design and enforce security architecture (Zero Trust, IAM, PKI), support infrastructure and business continuity, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement cloud security and secure AI practices.

Serve as primary contact and VA Certifying Official for veteran and active-duty students; certify VA educational benefits via Enrollment Manager and Ellucian Colleague; educate students on benefits; manage payments and debt; build veteran engagement in Salesforce CRM; recruit/supervise VA work-study; assist registration/graduation teams; handle student inquiries; and complete assigned projects.

Tenure-track faculty position to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in actuarial science or computer science, advise students, maintain an active research agenda, support curriculum and program development, and engage with industry and university service.
