Lead and grow the Bascom Honors Program by shaping curriculum, signature experiences, service-learning, and student community. Advise and mentor students, partner with enrollment, stewardship, advancement, and international programs, and represent the program internally and externally.

Serve as a consultative advisor for prospective online and graduate students, managing pipelines, guiding applicants through admissions and financial processes, maintaining CRM records, meeting enrollment targets, collaborating with campus partners, and representing the university at virtual and occasional in-person recruitment events.

Provide campus safety through foot and vehicle patrols, respond to emergencies, perform first aid/CPR/AED, enforce university policies, conduct preliminary investigations, maintain reports/logs, engage campus community, and participate in required certifications and training.

Guide prospective and newly admitted graduate and online students through recruitment, enrollment, onboarding, and orientation. Maintain CRM records, monitor applications, coordinate events, support reporting, and collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Advising to remove barriers to enrollment.
