Support nursing skills lab and high-fidelity simulation activities: prepare equipment and scenarios, assist and observe students during skills sessions, operate mannequins and AV technology during simulations, participate in debriefing, and maintain organized, safe learning environments under faculty supervision.

Provide hands-on technical support for faculty, staff, and students: troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account issues; manage account/access services; deploy and maintain computers and peripherals; support classrooms, labs, and AV systems; maintain asset records and assist with technology refresh projects while delivering strong customer service.

Lead security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management across cloud and on-prem systems. Design and enforce security architecture (Zero Trust, IAM, PKI), support infrastructure and business continuity, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement cloud security and secure AI practices.
