Manage dealership finance operations including monthly demonstrator evaluations, compliance with regulations and information security, inventory level decisions, developing menu selling processes, lender portfolio tracking, paperwork review, supporting sales goals, enforcing selling methods, scheduling the finance department, and ensuring excellent customer service and ethics.

Manage dealership sales operations to achieve gross/net profit targets; train, motivate, and supervise sales staff and floor managers; maintain daily sales reporting, paperwork, and showroom vehicles; set goals; manage new vehicle inventory and dealer trades; build customer relationships and support closing deals, including F&I oversight.

Manage incoming internet email and phone leads, convert leads into vehicle demonstration appointments, guide customers to product information resources, and promptly route inquiries to appropriate sales personnel or departments to meet sales goals.

Sell Toyota vehicles by handling internet and walk-in leads, setting appointments, conducting demonstrations, directing customers to product resources, and meeting sales quotas. Use CRM and Microsoft Office tools and provide strong customer service.

Lead new and used vehicle sales teams to meet unit, gross profit, and F&I targets. Set forecasts and objectives, enforce CRM usage, run daily meetings, train staff, manage inventory and merchandising, oversee appraisals and pre-delivery, review performance with leadership, and ensure legal and information security compliance.
