Plan, train, coach, and measure sales consultants; enforce CRM use; run daily sales meetings; develop prospecting programs; manage inventory levels and vehicle merchandising; ensure compliance with laws and information security; review productivity and forecasts; facilitate pre-delivery processes; provide on-the-job training and assist in closings.

Oversee dealership operations and staff, develop factory and lender relationships, approve compensation and forecasts, ensure regulatory and information-security compliance, resolve escalated customer issues, drive merchandising and advertising strategy, and provide leadership to maintain facility appearance and community involvement.
