Manage incoming internet leads and phone inquiries, set appointments for vehicle demonstrations, direct customers to product resources, and relay messages to sales personnel. Drive sales goals and support F&I functions while delivering excellent customer service.

Manage new, used, fleet and F&I sales to meet daily, monthly, and annual unit and profit targets. Plan, train, coach, and measure sales consultants; enforce CRM use; run daily sales meetings; develop prospecting programs; manage inventory levels and vehicle merchandising; ensure compliance with laws and information security; review productivity and forecasts; facilitate pre-delivery processes; provide on-the-job training and assist in closings.
