Lead and develop the Portfolio Management team to drive sales, gross profit, and inventory goals with supplier partners. Manage supplier relationships, forecasting, pricing, programs, inventory, and national off-premise accounts. Lead and participate in day-to-day payroll processing for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls across ~2,000 employees. Supervise payroll team, ensure compliance with multi-state wage laws and union rules, manage payroll audits/reconciliations, maintain payroll policies and system administration, support commissions and year-end reporting, and partner with HR/Finance on payroll data and improvements.

Call on restaurant and retail accounts to build brands and distribution, maintain customer relationships, cover routes as needed, meet sales and placement goals, collaborate with merchandising/graphics, and travel within the territory.

Drive territory sales by building and maintaining account relationships, visiting customers, covering routes as needed, hitting sales and placement goals, leveraging merchandising and POS materials, attending weekly sales meetings, and providing excellent customer service. May perform other duties and requires travel within the region.

Lead HR operations for a multi-state, 2,000-employee distributor. Manage HR Managers/Generalists/Coordinators, standardize policies, ensure multi-state compliance, design scalable HR processes, support acquisitions and integrations, partner with Payroll/Benefits/Safety, coach managers, and reduce escalations while fostering an inclusive work environment.

Administer and manage multi-state employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, PFML, state leaves, military, STD, workers' comp) from intake through return-to-work. Determine eligibility, issue notices, track leave durations and intermittent leave, coordinate overlapping claims and vendors, facilitate ADA accommodations, ensure compliance across 17 states, educate employees/managers, and maintain records, reporting, and audits while coordinating with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and third-party administrators.
