Manage sales activities and revenue goals across assigned Cape Cod accounts. Develop customer relationships, present and sell products, execute sales and merchandising strategies, analyze customer and market data, resolve issues, coordinate growth initiatives, manage territory receivables, and travel frequently to customer locations. The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and substantial over-the-road travel.

Develop and support mobile and web applications, internal portals, SSRS reports, SSIS integrations, Power BI dashboards, SQL databases, APIs, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integrations. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, application enhancements, business-user collaboration, and delivering technology solutions for operational efficiency. Candidates should have strong mobile and web development skills, advanced SQL Server expertise, and experience with cloud technologies and enterprise systems.

Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/DMZ/wireless/firewall and remote access network solutions. Troubleshoot escalated issues, lead network projects and hardware refreshes, monitor performance, maintain documentation, support core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, NPS), coordinate with carriers/vendors, participate in change control, disaster recovery, on-call rotation, and occasional after-hours support and travel.
