Perform end-to-end accounts payable functions: monitor AP inboxes, match and enter invoices, process payments via AP automation and ERP systems, reconcile vendor statements and customs entries, handle EFT/wire requests, set up vendors, and support process improvements while ensuring policy compliance and positive vendor relationships.

Lead and develop the Portfolio Management team to drive sales, gross profit, and inventory goals with supplier partners. Manage supplier relationships, forecasting, pricing, programs, inventory, and national off-premise accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute sales plans, monitor performance, and maximize volume, profitability, and market share.

Create POS graphics, layouts, and artwork for suppliers, customers, and corporate materials using computer graphics software. Prepare print-ready files, manage production tasks (copying, cutting, laminating), maintain files and equipment, meet deadlines, and suggest layout improvements.
