Manage HR Managers/Generalists/Coordinators, standardize policies, ensure multi-state compliance, design scalable HR processes, support acquisitions and integrations, partner with Payroll/Benefits/Safety, coach managers, and reduce escalations while fostering an inclusive work environment.
