Manage sales activities and revenue targets across assigned accounts and territory. Performs general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities. Handles real estate and investment accounting, tenant billings, lease-related reconciliations, tax compliance support, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting. Maintains confidential financial records and supports special accounting projects.

Develop and support mobile and web applications, internal portals, SSRS reports, SSIS integrations, Power BI dashboards, SQL databases, APIs, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integrations. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, application enhancements, business-user collaboration, and delivering technology solutions for operational efficiency. Candidates should have strong mobile and web development skills, advanced SQL Server expertise, and experience with cloud technologies and enterprise systems.
