Electrical Engineering Interns will design and implement electrical control systems, mechanical fixtures, and automation solutions for manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include programming PLCs, robots, HMIs, and CNC equipment; improving system safety and efficiency; developing testing procedures; troubleshooting with cross-functional teams; and collecting and analyzing data.

Mechanical Engineering Interns will test, design, and prototype new construction-tool products; recommend product improvements; collaborate with Production to simplify manufacturing; support product development throughout the lifecycle; create testing procedures; and collect and analyze data. Candidates must be pursuing a mechanical engineering or related degree and demonstrate analytical, computer, communication, collaboration, creative, and detail-oriented skills. Experience or interest in product development, construction, and manufacturing is desirable.

Industrial Engineering Interns will support process improvement, cost reduction, documentation, data collection, and implementation of new manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include reviewing process flows using Lean Manufacturing principles, analyzing manufacturing and shipping operations, and recommending enhancements. Candidates should be pursuing an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree and possess analytical, communication, collaboration, and computer skills.

Develops and implements cost-effective manufacturing processes and product designs. Evaluates new process business cases, presents recommendations, solves complex manufacturing challenges, and designs or sources production equipment, robotic systems, and automation.
