Design, program, test, and troubleshoot electrical control systems for manufacturing automation. Prepare electrical drawings, program PLCs and HMIs, diagnose hardware/software issues, support and improve automated systems, and lead cross-disciplinary project coordination.

Supervise production operations, train and coach employees, stage and schedule work, ensure safety and quality, implement process improvements, perform QA checks, and complete performance evaluations to meet production targets.

Lead supply chain and purchasing projects including new supplier development, cost reduction, supplier quality, ERP process improvements, inventory analysis, sourcing, and logistics optimization. Manage supplier issue tracking and collaborate with product development and cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and supply reliability.
