Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop positive behavior support plans for individuals in Kentucky waiver programs. Provide individualized behavioral interventions, direct participant support, stakeholder training, data analysis, progress reporting, documentation, and plan updates. The role requires travel to clients’ homes and community settings, maintaining required certifications, and passing background checks and drug screening.

Supports HR and clinic operations across four clinics and the administrative office. Responsibilities include recruiting, job postings, applicant screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave management, employee records, policy guidance, confidential conversations, and offboarding. The role also assists managers and team members with operational needs, maintains job descriptions, and helps ensure efficient office and clinic operations.

Partners with the CEO on business priorities, manages multiple calendars, advances projects, supports key meetings, and coordinates communications. The role requires administrative experience, strong Google Calendar skills, technological comfort, excellent communication, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, mature interpersonal skills, and commitment to the organization’s mission.

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and counseling for children and families (ages 0-21). Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments (ADOS-2 preferred), manage a full caseload, document timely, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, offer telehealth, and potentially supervise temporary licensed psychologists.
