Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage calendars, drive projects, support key meetings, handle communications, and partner on business priorities.

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and counseling for children and families (ages 0-21). Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments (ADOS-2 preferred), manage a full caseload, document timely, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, offer telehealth, and potentially supervise temporary licensed psychologists.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans for waiver participants; deliver individualized evidence-based interventions, stakeholder training, data analysis, documentation, and maintain required certifications and insurance while traveling to participant homes and community settings.

Provide front-desk and referral coordination for pediatric therapy clinics: communicate with referral sources and insurers, verify insurance (including Medicaid/MCO), schedule evaluations, answer phones, register patients, collect payments, and support clinic scheduling and customer service goals.
