The Marketing Coordinator develops and shares the company’s story through social media, website content, video, print materials, and community events. Responsibilities include writing and proofreading copy, managing digital marketing channels, producing photos and videos, analyzing performance, managing a monthly budget, reporting results, building community partnerships, and coordinating multiple projects and deadlines in an in-office environment.

Supports HR and clinic operations across four clinics and the administrative office. Responsibilities include recruiting, job postings, applicant screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave management, employee records, policy guidance, confidential conversations, and offboarding. The role also assists managers and team members with operational needs, maintains job descriptions, and helps ensure efficient office and clinic operations.

Partners with the CEO on business priorities, manages multiple calendars, advances projects, supports key meetings, and coordinates communications. The role requires administrative experience, strong Google Calendar skills, technological comfort, excellent communication, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, mature interpersonal skills, and commitment to the organization’s mission.
