Provides accounting and administrative support for a mountain resort. Responsibilities include posting journal entries, reconciling ledgers, expenses, cash, bank activity, and POS reports; processing invoices; maintaining financial records; supporting budgets and inventory counts; preparing monthly financial reports; and assisting management with administrative and marketing tasks.

Coordinates daily ski school, youth, and outdoor adventure programs; develops offerings, schedules and supervises seasonal staff, conducts training, supports hiring, and ensures guest and child safety. The role manages registrations, class assignments, teaching areas, facilities, and guest service while working outdoors across varied weather and terrain. It requires advanced skiing or snowboarding ability, kayak experience or willingness to learn, strong communication, and supervisory or coaching experience.
