Coordinates daily ski school, youth, and outdoor adventure programs; develops offerings, schedules and supervises seasonal staff, conducts training, supports hiring, and ensures guest and child safety. The role manages registrations, class assignments, teaching areas, facilities, and guest service while working outdoors across varied weather and terrain. It requires advanced skiing or snowboarding ability, kayak experience or willingness to learn, strong communication, and supervisory or coaching experience.
