Provides technical client support and helps translate business requirements into application and system solutions. Supports business development through client evaluations, sales strategy, presentations, demonstrations, and solution design. Coordinates projects, maintains plans, prepares status reports and documentation, resolves escalated issues, analyzes recurring problems, and recommends process improvements while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Provides front-desk reception and office administrative support, including greeting visitors, handling calls, distributing mail and supplies, scheduling conference rooms, managing badges and keys, tracking work orders, coordinating facilities requests, and supporting office projects. The role requires full-time, in-office coverage Monday through Friday and strong communication, organization, customer service, typing, and Microsoft Office skills.
