Supports the employee lifecycle through HR data entry, employee record updates, terminations, and case management. Resolves payroll and policy questions, provides employee customer service, maintains data integrity and confidentiality, and partners with HR, Payroll, and Operations leadership. The role uses an HRM system and Salesforce to manage employee inquiries and records. It requires at least two years of customer service experience or an associate degree with applicable experience, and is primarily in-office in Jacksonville, Florida.

Leads client-focused sales programs by managing financial and performance targets, team hiring and development, client relationships, process improvement, reporting, and business continuity. Oversees program profitability, employee performance, territory management, CRM utilization, forecasting, and account execution. Coaches teams, conducts program reviews, supports sales opportunities, and presents performance insights to executives and clients. The role requires substantial travel within the assigned market.

Provides front-desk reception and office administrative support, including greeting visitors, handling calls, distributing mail and supplies, scheduling conference rooms, managing badges and keys, tracking work orders, coordinating facilities requests, and supporting office projects. The role requires full-time, in-office coverage Monday through Friday and strong communication, organization, customer service, typing, and Microsoft Office skills.
