The Senior Accountant manages lease and fixed asset accounting, Coast-to-Coast Farming accounting, financial close, reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, and internal controls. The role also supports U.S. GAAP compliance, process improvements, and NetSuite optimization while partnering cross-functionally to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Performs general ledger and accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, purchase order matching, journal entries, account reconciliations, grower payments, and financial record maintenance. Supports month-end close, budgeting, cost rolls, trace exercises, and accurate financial documentation across Mariani Packing Company and Coast to Coast Farming.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes for new and existing products at a Wisconsin plant. Leads Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Kaizen initiatives; trains employees; identifies process improvements; supports production-line design and capital-project implementation; evaluates equipment and tooling; troubleshoots process and equipment issues; analyzes SPC data and OEE; and coordinates cross-functional engineering requirements. The role also communicates technical information, reports project progress, and supports productivity, quality, and waste-reduction goals.
