The Project Engineer II/III leads and manages capital and expense projects, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards, while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and analyze operational P&Ls across the fuels value chain. Standardize calculations, validate data, reconcile Operational P&L to GAAP, and investigate discrepancies. Provide performance-driver analysis and detailed breakdowns to support decision-making. Partner with Commercial, VCO, Trading, Scheduling, Refining, and Finance stakeholders to implement process improvements.

Coordinate and perform financial accounting and reporting for Mandan Refinery and Dickinson Renewable Fuels. Prepare monthly entries, reconciliations, execute SOX controls, analyze results, support budgeting, implement procedures/systems, assist projects, and communicate with operations and other accounting teams.
