Leads strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, releases, and adoption for digital products supporting natural gas and natural gas liquids operations. Partners with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, Data Analytics, AI, and Agile teams to deliver operational intelligence, predictive maintenance, and asset performance solutions. Translates field and business needs into product requirements, epics, user stories, measurable outcomes, and prioritized initiatives while using customer research and quantitative data to guide decisions.

Leads the Digital Pipeline Product Line for Midstream Digital, setting product strategy, roadmaps, and technology direction across logistics, storage, natural gas, and NGL capabilities. Oversees digital product lifecycles, cross-functional delivery, cybersecurity, reliability, budgets, vendors, change management, and stakeholder partnerships. Manages and develops technology teams while driving innovation, operational improvement, governance, and adoption of digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Provides technical and reliability engineering support for refinery instrumentation, analyzers, control valves, and control and protective systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex failures, analyzing reliability trends, developing maintenance strategies, managing improvement projects, reviewing turnaround scopes, maintaining SIS specifications, supporting capital projects, and ensuring repairs meet engineering and industry standards. The role requires field work, refinery PPE, shutdown support, and on-call availability.
