Write, edit, and proofread marketing content (case studies, blogs, website copy) focused on Microsoft technologies; research and validate technical accuracy with SMEs; manage website content and social calendars; support events and campaign ideation; monitor analytics and recommend improvements.

Design, analyze, and migrate enterprise data systems to cloud platforms; create specifications, workflows, and migration tools; collaborate with developers to implement and verify solutions using automation and testing (e.g., Playwright); report implementation status and complete technical training and certifications.

Lead and run daily campus administrative and facility operations for a 500+ employee site, including security, compliance (ISMS/ISO27001 readiness), vendor and AMC management, EHS and business continuity, budget/expense control, travel/procurement logistics, asset tracking, and executive support. Drive team stand-ups, SLA enforcement, policy adherence, and audit hosting while ensuring facility uptime and regulatory license management.

Lead employee relations for ~1,200 early-career engineers at the Noida engineering center. Handle grievance investigations, conflict mediation, POSH committee support, disciplinary actions, performance interventions (PIPs), manager coaching, engagement programs, onboarding, wellbeing/EAP, HR analytics, and labour law compliance to improve retention and culture.
