Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to optimize BI/reporting solutions and complete relevant technical training.

Lead daily IT operations for the Noida campus including desktop support, networking, ISP liaison, Microsoft ecosystem administration, and AI-driven automation of support workflows. Oversee incident resolution, SLAs, asset management, backups, patching, and team huddles; implement AI tools, scripting, and self-service to reduce recurring tickets and improve uptime.

Write, edit, and proofread marketing content (case studies, blogs, website copy) focused on Microsoft technologies; research and validate technical accuracy with SMEs; manage website content and social calendars; support events and campaign ideation; monitor analytics and recommend improvements.

Design, analyze, and migrate enterprise data systems to cloud platforms; create specifications, workflows, and migration tools; collaborate with developers to implement and verify solutions using automation and testing (e.g., Playwright); report implementation status and complete technical training and certifications.

Lead UX design across Power BI reports, web and mobile apps, and low-code platforms using Figma, Adobe tools, and AI plugins. Create wireframes, prototypes, IA, data visualizations, and print-ready graphics; manage a team of 5–12 designers; collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in Agile; drive UX roadmaps, mentor designers, and ensure branded, accessible, high-quality deliverables with rapid iteration.
