Oversee daily business operations for the Plano headquarters, including governance, budget tracking, vendor management, facilities, physical security, compliance, and administrative coordination with global offices. The role manages operational reporting, procurement, invoicing workflows, onboarding logistics, executive events, workplace services, and cross-border collaboration between U.S. leadership and India-based engineering centers.

Analyze existing systems, design cloud-ready data processing workflows, develop specifications and migration tools, validate implementations via automated testing, and report progress. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to optimize BI/reporting solutions and complete relevant technical training.

Write, edit, and proofread marketing content (case studies, blogs, website copy) focused on Microsoft technologies; research and validate technical accuracy with SMEs; manage website content and social calendars; support events and campaign ideation; monitor analytics and recommend improvements.
