Collaborate with engineers and analysts in Agile teams, use AI plugins to accelerate design, and iterate on feedback to meet branding, accessibility, and business goals.

Lead daily IT operations for the Noida campus including desktop support, networking, ISP liaison, Microsoft ecosystem administration, and AI-driven automation of support workflows. Oversee incident resolution, SLAs, asset management, backups, patching, and team huddles; implement AI tools, scripting, and self-service to reduce recurring tickets and improve uptime.
