The role manages operational reporting, procurement, invoicing workflows, onboarding logistics, executive events, workplace services, and cross-border collaboration between U.S. leadership and India-based engineering centers.

Analyze existing systems, design cloud-ready data processing workflows, develop specifications and migration tools, validate implementations via automated testing, and report progress. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to optimize BI/reporting solutions and complete relevant technical training.

Lead daily IT operations for the Noida campus including desktop support, networking, ISP liaison, Microsoft ecosystem administration, and AI-driven automation of support workflows. Oversee incident resolution, SLAs, asset management, backups, patching, and team huddles; implement AI tools, scripting, and self-service to reduce recurring tickets and improve uptime.
