The Lead QA Automation Engineer is responsible for establishing and scaling test automation practices, mentoring QA specialists, and collaborating with DevOps. Key tasks include implementing automated testing frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and promoting AI usage in QA processes.

Develop and maintain backend solutions (driver behavior analysis, online maps, tachograph solutions), implement asynchronous/event-driven processing for high-load tasks, collaborate with frontend, QA and product teams, optimize data storage and performance, and contribute to new product development.
