Own end-to-end product design for complex B2B SaaS workflows across web and mobile. Conduct research, analyze behavioral data, frame problems, create journeys and polished interfaces, design explainable AI features, extend design-system foundations, and establish reusable interaction patterns. Partner with product managers, engineers, and leadership to resolve ambiguity, influence decisions, and deliver accessible, reliable experiences for fleet managers, dispatchers, and drivers.

Drive B2B revenue growth in Estonia by prospecting and acquiring high-potential clients, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored SaaS solutions, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. Build long-term client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role requires fluent Estonian, strong English, communication and negotiation skills, and independent motivation. Experience in SaaS, fleet management, telematics, or sales leadership is valued.

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers by driving adoption, retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Develop account plans, monitor customer risks and product usage, forecast revenue, negotiate commercial agreements, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver commitments. The role requires strong relationship-building, commercial judgment, CRM proficiency, and the ability to prioritize across varied customer accounts.
