Lead national strategy and growth for MAPEIs precast and prestressed concrete product line. Develop account strategies, support sales and technical teams, guide product portfolio and launches, troubleshoot applications with R&D/Technical Services, evaluate production processes, and represent the company at industry events to increase sales, profitability, and customer loyalty.

Design, implement, and maintain DCS/PLC-based process automation systems; develop HMIs/visualizations; coordinate projects, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance; troubleshoot control logic; analyze control data for optimization; maintain documentation and ensure QMS and safety compliance.

Develop, program, commission, and maintain PLC/HMI/SCADA/DCS automation and electrical control systems for plant operations. Lead troubleshooting, integration, electrical schematics design, work with contractors, support projects and continuous improvement, and travel to sites up to 50%.

Lead regional EHS strategy and programs across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.), implement ISO 14001/45001 systems, manage audits/incident investigations, mentor site EHS staff, and drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation during expansions and projects.

Supervise production team and equipment to meet schedules, quality, and safety standards. Organize resources, provide on-the-job training, monitor staffing, collaborate on quality/regulatory reporting, analyze operations for process and cost improvements, and follow company safety and production procedures.

Process high-volume customer sales orders via EDI, OCR, ERP, and portals; resolve EDI issues; set up EDI accounts; coordinate order fulfillment and delivery requirements in TMS; manage returns, credits, and service complaints; collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Transportation to ensure timely, accurate order execution.

Manage post-development product marketing for assigned product lines: define market potential, pricing, go-to-market strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive introductions and phase-outs, monitor lifecycle performance, align manufacturing schedules, and support promotional activities to ensure financial success.

Manage regional sales by leading representatives, executing strategic plans, developing forecasts and territories, selling through distributors and contractors, delivering product demonstrations, recruiting and training staff, maintaining client relationships, tracking performance, and representing the company at trade shows.

Process vendor invoices, post monthly accruals, reconcile vendor statements, manage vendor master data, support check runs and month-end close, post payments, respond to vendor inquiries, and provide audit documentation.

Lead HR programs for multiple plant sites including talent acquisition support, employee relations, compliance, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, and HR data analysis to support leadership and foster a positive workplace culture.

Supervise polymer production operations and teams to meet schedules, quality, and safety standards. Train staff, maintain manpower, ensure compliance with procedures and regulations, analyze processes for improvements, collaborate with corporate quality/regulatory teams, and perform additional duties as needed.

Support planning, design, installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and facility projects. Manage assigned capital projects from scope and budget through execution, coordinate CAD drawings and equipment layouts, support startup/validation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Manage and improve Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems across multiple manufacturing sites. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001, coordinate audits and certifications, lead corrective/preventive actions, support risk assessments and incident investigations, maintain documentation, analyze performance metrics, and support regional continuous-improvement projects and management reviews.
