Extensive travel throughout the United States is required.

Achieve sales targets, develop customer relationships, maintain a prospect pipeline, and provide market intelligence on customer preferences, competitors, and trends. Represent MAPEI at trade shows and networking events while maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the assigned territory.

Creates and maintains Safety Data Sheets, warning labels, and transportation classifications for chemical products. Evaluates raw materials and formulas for hazards, HMIS ratings, and labeling requirements; monitors U.S. and international regulatory changes; prepares regulatory filings and supports product approvals. Collaborates with R&D, Marketing, and global product safety teams to ensure compliance and accurate documentation for new product launches.

Manage and expand compensation programs across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Responsibilities include salary and wage structures, market pricing, job evaluation, pay-equity audits, annual compensation planning, sales and variable-pay programs, budgeting, reporting, executive recommendations, and compensation technology initiatives. The role advises leaders, ensures compliance, supports a geographically dispersed manufacturing workforce, and serves as the compensation business lead for Oracle HCM.

Design, implement, and maintain DCS/PLC-based process automation systems; develop HMIs/visualizations; coordinate projects, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance; troubleshoot control logic; analyze control data for optimization; maintain documentation and ensure QMS and safety compliance.

Lead HR programs for multiple plant sites including talent acquisition support, employee relations, compliance, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, and HR data analysis to support leadership and foster a positive workplace culture.

Manage and improve Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems across multiple manufacturing sites. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001, coordinate audits and certifications, lead corrective/preventive actions, support risk assessments and incident investigations, maintain documentation, analyze performance metrics, and support regional continuous-improvement projects and management reviews.
