Coordinates plant administration and HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll and timekeeping, benefits, employee records, communications, training, reporting, and BMS document administration. Manages industrial engineering projects from planning through construction, commissioning, and delivery. Develops project scopes, schedules, budgets, specifications, tender materials, and technical documentation. Coordinates clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams while monitoring progress and ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance. Reviews engineering deliverables, resolves issues, mentors project staff, and provides technical leadership. Supports procurement and transportation analytics by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to raw materials, purchasing, purchase orders, suppliers, freight, and shipping. Develops dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Power BI and Excel, identifies trends and improvement opportunities, validates data, and supports reporting accuracy and process improvements.

Create and update CAD drawings, technical details, layouts, and illustrations for concrete restoration systems. Support project submittals, specifications, presentations, customer materials, product application details, drawing revisions, document libraries, and technical recommendations. Review project plans and collaborate with commercial and technical teams while gaining hands-on experience in technical project support.

Supports automation and controls projects in a live manufacturing facility. Assists with PLC, HMI, sensor, instrumentation, troubleshooting, testing, validation, documentation, and implementation activities. Collects and analyzes equipment and process performance data, identifies reliability improvements, and prepares technical drawings, reports, procedures, and project deliverables while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.

Supports daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory accuracy, stock control, import and export documentation, shipment coordination, and timely customer deliveries. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics efficiency.

Develops and implements site safety, health, environmental, fire, and security policies. Supervises safety personnel, manages hazardous materials and inspections, investigates accidents and incidents, maintains emergency plans and firefighting systems, oversees security patrols and access control, reports EHS performance to management, and coaches subordinates.

Supervise factory production to achieve output, quality, safety, environmental, inventory, and efficiency targets. Responsibilities include managing shopfloor activities, production planning, machine maintenance coordination, raw material and packaging controls, stock booking, cycle-time improvement, packaging accuracy, safety compliance, nonconformance reduction, and production reporting. The role also oversees housekeeping, risk assessments, forklift inspections, spill reduction, recycling, labor-law compliance, and on-time product availability.

Electrical Engineering Intern supporting MAPEI’s Product Management team with product development, evaluations, testing, validation, performance analysis, market and customer research, feedback analysis, documentation, launch materials, and cross-functional initiatives.
