Support FP&A for a manufacturing business: analyze financial and cost data, determine standard costs and variances, prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations, maintain management reports and KPIs, partner with operations, support monthly/annual reporting, and assist on ERP (D365) projects and special assignments.

Design, implement, and maintain DCS/PLC-based process automation systems; develop HMIs/visualizations; coordinate projects, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance; troubleshoot control logic; analyze control data for optimization; maintain documentation and ensure QMS and safety compliance.

Lead HR programs for multiple plant sites including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, learning and development, and workforce planning. Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies, advise managers on employee matters, ensure multi-state legal compliance (including California), analyze workforce data, and support onboarding and HR systems administration.
