Manage international export growth for construction chemicals, with a focus on identifying markets such as Libya, developing market-entry strategies, and achieving sales targets. Build distributor and customer relationships, support product promotion, negotiate contracts and pricing, coordinate international logistics, address customer needs, and report on sales performance, market trends, and business results.

Handles customer inquiries, processes orders in an ERP system, coordinates deliveries with sales, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams, and resolves complaints, returns, and invoice-related issues. Maintains accurate customer records, protects confidential information, communicates order updates, prepares service performance reports, and recommends improvements. Requires strong Arabic and English communication, attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple requests.

Leads HR programs across multiple sites, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition support, compliance, workforce planning, learning and development, and employee engagement. Advises managers on workplace concerns and investigations, ensures consistent policy application, analyzes workforce trends, and supports organizational effectiveness across geographically distributed teams. The role also contributes to onboarding, career development, EHS compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
