Develop account strategies, support sales and technical teams, guide product portfolio and launches, troubleshoot applications with R&D/Technical Services, evaluate production processes, and represent the company at industry events to increase sales, profitability, and customer loyalty.

Design, implement, and maintain DCS/PLC-based process automation systems; develop HMIs/visualizations; coordinate projects, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance; troubleshoot control logic; analyze control data for optimization; maintain documentation and ensure QMS and safety compliance.

Drive strategic sales and business development for Hydropower & Renewables construction and restoration projects across the U.S. Build relationships with AEC firms, contractors, owners, and authorities; influence specifications; support product launches; provide technical support, trainings, and presentations; attend industry events; and collaborate cross-functionally to grow market share and ensure EHS and BMS compliance.
