As a Growth Strategist, you'll lead product marketing efforts, manage teams, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven growth strategies to enhance DTC brand performance.

Partner with leaders across Creative, Growth, Tech and Ops to design and run performance management, compensation, onboarding, engagement, HR ops, compliance, L&D and people analytics. Coach managers, implement competency frameworks, run pulses and OKR-linked KPIs, automate HRIS workflows, and measure impact via eNPS, retention, SLAs and time-to-proficiency.

Owner of company-wide reporting and analytics for Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations. Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports and data pipelines (dbt), ensure data quality and governance, run growth and product analyses (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention), support A/B testing and ad-hoc decision support, leverage AI for automation, and coordinate VAs on data tasks.

The HR Business Partner will align people strategies with growth targets, manage performance, compensation, HR operations, and culture while supporting DTC teams.
