Ensure regulatory compliance, manage settlements and counterparty relations, reconcile trades, monitor risk limits, produce reports, and train staff to maintain efficient, secure trading and settlement processes.

Lead global trading risk strategy for proprietary trading and multi-strategy funds: define risk appetite, approve limits and new strategies, build scalable risk function, liaise with regulators, implement VaR/Expected Shortfall/stress testing frameworks, adopt AI-enabled monitoring, and represent risk at Board and executive levels.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships in FX and financial markets, managing client relationships, and expanding business opportunities.

Lead business development initiatives in Mexico and LATAM, managing key client relationships in fintech and trading for OTC trading volume generation.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring clients and building partnerships in FX and financial markets, overseeing the sales cycle, and achieving sales goals.
