Support day-to-day financial operations in Ghana including reconciliations, reporting, bank liaison, tax filings, audit support, and onboarding financial partners. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships in FX and financial markets, managing client relationships, and expanding business opportunities.

Lead global trading risk strategy for proprietary and multi-strategy businesses: set risk appetite, approve limits and new strategies, build the global risk function, engage regulators, oversee risk models (VaR, stress testing), and drive AI-enabled risk monitoring and governance.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring clients and building partnerships in FX and financial markets, overseeing the sales cycle, and achieving sales goals.

Lead business development initiatives in Mexico and LATAM, managing key client relationships in fintech and trading for OTC trading volume generation.
