Responsibilities include executing regional strategy, overseeing operations and financial performance, ensuring compliance, building teams, expanding market presence, and developing relationships with regulators, investors, banks, and fintech partners. The role requires deep knowledge of African FX markets and regulatory frameworks, alongside executive-level strategic, financial, and operational leadership.

Represent Mamoru in Uganda by helping establish the local entity, FX broker and exchange accounts, and payment processor relationships. Build partnerships with banks, brokers, exchanges, merchants, and payment providers. Develop FX trading business among high-net-worth and institutional investors, merchants, and individual traders. Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities, serve as nominee director, collaborate with global operations, and manage local administrative responsibilities.

Lead business development and local operations in Cameroon for FX and blockchain payments. Establish the local entity, manage banking and regulatory registrations, onboard clients and partners, develop market relationships, monitor regulatory developments, coordinate with global teams, and oversee corporate administration as nominee director.

Develop FX trading business in Zambia by building relationships with banks, brokers, exchanges, merchants, payment processors, and investors. Support local entity setup, banking and account onboarding, payment operations, administrative tasks, and global operations coordination. Serve as nominee director and local representative while monitoring market trends, risks, and business opportunities.
