Support day-to-day financial operations in Ghana including reconciliations, reporting, bank liaison, tax filings, audit support, and onboarding financial partners. Maintain organized, audit-ready records, ensure compliance with internal policies and local tax rules, and act as company legal representative for banking, regulatory, tax, and corporate matters when required.

Lead local market setup and relationships for FX and payments: establish entity and broker/exchange accounts, onboard payment processors, develop FX trading business with HNW, institutional and retail clients, act as local representative and nominee director, and manage local administrative operations.

Lead establishment of local operations in Cameroon, build FX and blockchain payments business, cultivate partnerships with banks, brokers and mobile money operators, ensure regulatory compliance (COBAC/BEAC), liaise with global teams, perform market research, and serve as nominee director overseeing corporate administration and onboarding.
