Represent Mamoru in Uganda by helping establish the local entity, FX broker and exchange accounts, and payment processor relationships. Build partnerships with banks, brokers, exchanges, merchants, and payment providers. Develop FX trading business among high-net-worth and institutional investors, merchants, and individual traders. Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities, serve as nominee director, collaborate with global operations, and manage local administrative responsibilities.

Lead business development and local operations in Cameroon for FX and blockchain payments. Establish the local entity, manage banking and regulatory registrations, onboard clients and partners, develop market relationships, monitor regulatory developments, coordinate with global teams, and oversee corporate administration as nominee director.

Supports daily financial operations in Ghana, including reconciliations, reporting, documentation, bank communications, partner onboarding, audit readiness, tax filings, and internal record maintenance. The Accountant collaborates with Finance, Operations, Compliance, banks, and external auditors while monitoring local tax and regulatory requirements. The role may also serve as the company’s legal representative for banking, regulatory, tax, and corporate matters.
