Leads and improves operations across multiple warehouse facilities. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying root causes, implementing process improvements, supporting facility transitions and customer implementations, troubleshooting WMS issues, and providing hands-on leadership. The role collaborates with facility leaders, coaches warehouse teams, resolves operational challenges, and makes independent decisions in fast-paced environments. Frequent travel and direct work in warehouse environments are required.

Manage ocean import shipments from booking and customs clearance through drayage delivery and container return. Track shipment milestones in ERP and logistics platforms, review import documentation, coordinate customs brokers, carriers, forwarders, drayage providers, and warehouses, resolve exceptions, monitor deadlines, verify charges, compare logistics rates, and reduce demurrage, detention, storage, and other unnecessary costs.

Drives Walmart account sales through retail analytics, sales forecasting, profitability analysis, and data-driven strategy. Manages replenishment reporting, inventory levels, supply planning, seasonal pipelines, new item launches, transitions, store-level order recommendations, and supply chain corrective actions. Partners with sales, operations, factory, replenishment, planning, and transportation teams to maintain inventory availability, on-time fulfillment, OTIF compliance, and minimize shipping errors and chargebacks.

Sell Malouf Home product lines to retail buyers, specialty stores, and wholesale accounts across a territory. Prospect new accounts, grow and nurture existing customers, identify opportunities, and independently manage and build your assigned territory on a commission basis.
