Own long-term client relationships for assigned fulfillment accounts. Serve as the primary contact, manage support tickets, monitor order flow, resolve fulfillment issues, track client tasks, communicate disruptions, coordinate with operations and client success teams, and share trend insights for process improvement.

Drives Walmart account sales through retail analytics, sales forecasting, profitability analysis, and data-driven strategy. Manages replenishment reporting, inventory levels, supply planning, seasonal pipelines, new item launches, transitions, store-level order recommendations, and supply chain corrective actions. Partners with sales, operations, factory, replenishment, planning, and transportation teams to maintain inventory availability, on-time fulfillment, OTIF compliance, and minimize shipping errors and chargebacks.

Sell Malouf Home product lines to retail buyers, specialty stores, and wholesale accounts across a territory. Prospect new accounts, grow and nurture existing customers, identify opportunities, and independently manage and build your assigned territory on a commission basis.

Maintain and audit product and supplier master data in Business Central and SAP to ensure accurate SKUs, pricing, lead times, and supplier records. Support sourcing, supplier onboarding, pricing validation, cross-functional collaboration, ERP enhancements, and continuous improvement to enable accurate purchasing, inventory planning, and order fulfillment.
