Counsel will advise Major League and Minor League Baseball on domestic and international commercial activities. Responsibilities include negotiating and structuring licensing, technology, sponsorship, marketing, ticketing, software, privacy, and information security agreements; advising business and operational units; communicating with MLB and MiLB Clubs; and overseeing outside counsel. The role requires New York State Bar membership, strong transactional experience, excellent communication skills, and at least four years of legal practice.

Build trusted relationships with players, alumni, agents, and business managers; coordinate participation in major league events; support alumni engagement initiatives; and relay player concerns to the Commissioner's office. The role requires frequent travel, nontraditional hours, strong confidentiality, and expertise in MLB and professional athlete relations.

Manages year-round maintenance and readiness of athletic fields, synthetic turf, landscapes, irrigation, equipment, and common areas. Leads grounds staff, schedules work, prepares surfaces for events, oversees weather response, safety, chemical compliance, inventory, vendors, budgets, and equipment maintenance. Requires strong sports turf, landscaping, irrigation, supervisory, and operational expertise, including baseball and softball field management.

Coordinates athletic events, youth tournaments, and sports programs at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex. Responsibilities include event operations, client liaison work, staff hiring and scheduling, sales outreach, technology coordination, live-streaming support, event management in League Apps, incident reporting, and collaboration with MLB departments. Requires baseball knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, supervisory ability, flexibility for irregular hours, and physical capacity for occasional lifting and field tasks.

Supports access control and ballpark technology systems through inventory management, shipping, receiving, repairs, device tracking, testing, documentation, and tier 2 product support. Maintains Ubuntu images and performs Linux and Android patching. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, and integration issues; evaluates proof-of-concept solutions; coordinates with development, operations, logistics, and support teams; and provides escalation support for deployed equipment.

Lead product vision and roadmaps for MLB streaming and discovery across Web, Mobile, and Connected Devices. Drive cross-functional delivery, define scalable platform requirements, prioritize backlog, use analytics and research to optimize fan engagement, and collaborate with engineering, design, content, and business teams to execute multi-month initiatives.

The Director, International Partnerships will lead MLB's international sales strategy, managing high-value partnerships, and overseeing contract negotiations while enhancing revenue and visibility across various international markets.

Join a cross-platform squad to design, build, test, and ship media playback and subscription features across mobile and connected TV. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and partner teams to maintain platform parity, ensure code quality, observability, and release readiness, participate in planning and reviews, mentor peers, and integrate with a shared design system.
