Drive trade sales by leveraging an existing book of business and prospecting new design accounts. Consult with designers, represent the Maiden Home brand, attend trade shows and events, travel locally and domestically, maintain product expertise, and meet individual and company sales goals.

Lead end-to-end product development for Maiden Home9s luxury furniture portfolio, owning roadmap, launches, technical approvals, manufacturing partner vetting, quality standards, and lifecycle management. Build and scale the product development team, processes, and systems while partnering cross-functionally to meet brand and business goals.

Produce digital and print assets across email, social, paid media, landing pages, catalogs, and OOH. Support campaign concepting and execution, maintain brand consistency, prepare production-ready files, manage asset organization and timelines, participate in creative reviews, and contribute cultural insight to inspire creative work.

Drive sales and grow Maiden Homes trade business by opening accounts, leveraging personal design relationships, conducting local and domestic client visits, representing the brand, mastering product details, communicating proactively with designers, and planning/executing industry events and trade shows.

Lead and scale Maiden Home's Client Services and clienteling program: define SLAs, QA, VIP/trade tiers, and training; manage the client services team across channels; own order lifecycle support and complex-case playbooks; drive process improvements and service recovery; and partner cross-functionally to translate client feedback into product, operations, and policy improvements that increase loyalty and repeat business.

Sell Maiden Home luxury furnishings to architecture, design, hospitality, and staging clients across San Francisco and Pacific Northwest. Prospect, manage full sales cycle, prepare proposals and quotes, support multi-unit projects, maintain pipeline and CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, represent brand at meetings and events, and drive incremental contract revenue.

Provide luxury in-store service by assessing walk‑in clients, qualifying and educating them on interior design services, and managing the client journey from first contact to delivery. Grow and maintain a client base, achieve sales/fiscal goals, represent the brand professionally, support gallery visual and quality standards, and collaborate with Maiden Home Interior Design to meet client design needs.

Lead Maiden Home’s finance organization: set financial strategy, build driver-based FP&A, manage cash/working capital for a made-to-order model, oversee accounting, tax, controls, and systems, and hire and coach a high-performing finance team to scale the business and support executive decision-making.

Drive and grow Maiden Home's trade business by generating sales from personal contacts and company leads, opening new design accounts, conducting local and domestic client consultations, representing the brand at events and trade shows, and serving as a product expert and trusted resource for designers.

The Client Advisor will provide consultation and design support to clients, develop long-term relationships, manage client inquiries, and own the order lifecycle. Responsibilities include understanding products, supporting trade accounts, and maintaining organized records.
