Manage full sales cycle, build pipeline, prepare proposals and pricing, collaborate cross-functionally, support large multi-unit projects, represent the brand at events, and track CRM pipeline and forecasts to drive contract revenue growth.

Lead and elevate end-to-end client experience for a luxury furnishings brand. Define service standards, SLAs, QA, and escalation protocols; design VIP and trade tiers; manage order lifecycle and complex logistics playbooks; coach and scale a multi-channel Client Services team; drive process improvements and cross-functional initiatives to protect margins, build loyalty, and increase repeat business.

Drive and grow Maiden Homes trade business by generating sales from personal contacts and company accounts, opening new designer accounts, and supporting clients through consultations. Travel locally and nationally for client visits, events, and trade shows. Serve as brand ambassador, master product knowledge, execute industry events, and provide proactive, premium communication and follow-through to achieve sales goals.

Drive sales and grow Maiden Homes trade business by opening accounts, leveraging personal design relationships, conducting local and domestic client visits, representing the brand, mastering product details, communicating proactively with designers, and planning/executing industry events and trade shows.

Lead strategy and execution of Maiden Homes end-to-end logistics network, including 3PL and white-glove management, international trade and customs, returns and storage, freight financials, network scorecards, and provider performance. Build systems, contracts, and a team to scale delivery volume while protecting product condition and customer experience.

Manage end-to-end creative production workflows across 3D, photoshoots, and post-production. Own intake, scheduling, DAM, vendor RFPs, budgets, resource allocation, and cross-functional communications while optimizing processes for quality and timely delivery.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of Maiden Home's organic social and editorial content. Translate brand and Founder vision into platform-first storytelling, build communities and partnerships across the design ecosystem, own content operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to create elevated social-first content that grows brand authority and influence.

Produce digital and print assets across email, social, paid media, landing pages, catalogs, and OOH. Support campaign concepting and execution, maintain brand consistency, prepare production-ready files, manage asset organization and timelines, participate in creative reviews, and contribute cultural insight to inspire creative work.

Provide high-touch consultation and support to consumer and trade clients: manage quotes, customizations, order lifecycles, escalations, and after-sale care; build client relationships, maintain CRM records, support live channels, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales and client retention.

Sell Maiden Home luxury furnishings to designers and trade clients by generating and growing accounts, leveraging an existing book of business, conducting local and domestic client visits, representing the brand at events and trade shows, and providing expert product knowledge and proactive, high-touch customer communication to meet sales goals.
