Leads Maiden Home’s end-to-end product development function, from concept through launch and lifecycle management. Owns product strategy, roadmap, stage-gate processes, quality standards, manufacturing partner evaluation, technical stewardship, and continuous improvement. Builds scalable systems and a high-performing product development organization while partnering with Design, Sourcing, Operations, and senior leadership to deliver luxury furniture across multiple categories.

Direct the strategy and execution of Maiden Home’s logistics network, including 3PL and carrier management, white-glove delivery, international freight, customs, returns, storage, claims, budgeting, and performance measurement. Build scalable provider partnerships, negotiate contracts, manage tariff and freight-spend risk, oversee issue resolution, and establish network scorecards and operational systems while protecting product condition and customer experience.

Grow Maiden Home’s luxury contract sales channel across the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. The role develops relationships with architects, developers, hospitality groups, staging firms, and other commercial clients; manages the complete sales cycle; prepares proposals and pricing; supports complex projects; maintains pipeline and forecasts in CRM systems; and partners cross-functionally to deliver high-touch client experiences. Frequent travel, a strong A&D network, and an established book of business are required.
