Drive revenue growth through Maiden Home’s contract sales channel across the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. Build relationships with architects, developers, hospitality groups, staging firms, and commercial clients; manage the full sales cycle; provide tailored product recommendations, proposals, and presentations; maintain pipeline and forecasts; and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver high-touch service for luxury furnishing projects.

Lead Maiden Home’s end-to-end luxury furniture product development function from concept through launch and lifecycle management. Own the product roadmap, scale processes and systems, oversee manufacturing partner technical approval, champion quality and brand standards, and build a high-performing product development organization. Partner cross-functionally with design, sourcing, operations, and client services while recruiting, coaching, and developing senior talent in a growing multi-category business.

Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of Maiden Home’s logistics network, including 3PL and carrier management, white-glove delivery, international freight, customs, returns, storage, claims, freight spend, and performance measurement. Build provider partnerships, negotiate contracts, manage capacity and tariffs, implement logistics systems, and establish scorecards and accountability frameworks that improve cost, reliability, product condition, and client experience.
