Improve Magnolia’s ecommerce conversion performance by analyzing customer journeys, funnel data, session behavior, and site friction. The role develops and prioritizes conversion hypotheses, manages Shopify and Algolia site tests, evaluates results, monitors key conversion metrics, and partners with UX/UI and ecommerce teams on improvements. It also conducts desktop, mobile, and app site walkthroughs, documents findings, and applies ecommerce optimization best practices.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, cash flow projections, and business performance analysis for assigned channels. Serve as a finance business partner, lead business reviews, provide strategic recommendations, improve processes and controls, and manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
