The Records Case Opening Coordinator will review and add client orders, prepare court subpoenas, answer client inquiries, and assist with problem-solving requirements.

The Records Production Coordinator will assist in obtaining medical and business records, perform clerical duties, and maintain file updates for legal clients.

Support jury research, mock trials, and focus groups by configuring and operating trial presentation and data-collection technology, managing AV logistics, capturing and editing video, building OnCue databases, troubleshooting live presentations, and coordinating with research and litigation teams. Frequent travel (40-50%) for on-site sessions required.
