Temporary Project Manager (6-month maternity coverage) responsible for launch planning and supply chain optimization across beauty brands. Create and track project timelines, lead cross-functional status meetings, manage supplier quotes and budgets, report risks and financials to leadership, coordinate with fillers and R&D, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution while fostering team collaboration.

Lead development and execution of integrated social, influencer, and digital marketing strategies. Own social and creator programs end-to-end, manage paid social, oversee content and short-form video production, set KPIs and measurement, analyze performance, and partner cross-functionally to drive brand equity and business growth. Support day-to-day supply planning for components and finished goods: maintain trackers, follow up with US/China material planning, coordinate vendors and logistics, review inventory and demand forecasts, manage supplier communications, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory transfers to minimize supply disruptions.

The Sales Assistant supports the Sales team in executing sales plans, enhancing customer relationships, recommending strategies, and ensuring quality service across departments.

Drive platform-optimized social strategies, leverage AI tools, and collaborate with Art Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand campaigns on time and on budget.

Manage month-end close, perform and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis; oversee payroll, T&E processing, vendor invoice workflows in NetSuite/Medius; support audits, drive accounting process improvements, and partner cross-functionally.
