Lead and manage all permitting activities for the NTB transformation project: engage regulators, coordinate consultants and design teams, prepare and submit permit packages, maintain permit tracker, identify and mitigate risks, support project scheduling, reporting, and governance to ensure regulatory compliance and timely approvals.
