Build relationships with chemical manufacturers, distributors, traders, and industry stakeholders; identify logistics optimization opportunities; coordinate internal teams; support tenders and pricing; and provide market intelligence. Regular travel within Poland is required, along with fluency in Polish and English.

Manage shipping instructions, VGM/FCR/HBL and carrier bill submissions, shipment data entry, ASN and customs manifest updates, and shipment status maintenance. Coordinate with customer service, carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, system workflows, data quality, SOP compliance, and KPI achievement.
