Serve as primary customer contact to manage end-to-end logistics lifecycle: track shipments, coordinate carriers and authorities, resolve queries, validate costs and revenues, report status, build customer relationships, and support commercial growth.

Provide Spanish/English customer support for Chile counter tasks: resolve daily issues via email/chat/ticketing, manage invoicing/payment collection, create receipts, validate payments, prepare and submit export/import documentation including Original Bill of Lading, perform root cause analyses for escalations, and train new hires as needed.

Provide customer support for Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Chile: handle invoicing, payment collection, ticketing, cargo release, and export/import documentation (including OBL). Resolve issues via email/chat, validate payments, perform root-cause analysis for escalations, and may train new hires. Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while working permanent night shift on-site in Pasig City.
