As an Integrated Solutions Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and evolving value propositions tailored to specific customer segments and verticals. By understanding and analyzing customer needs, you will inform strategic decisions that drive the business forward. - Analyze customer, market, and industry data to identify needs, trends, growth opportunities, and supply chain challenges.

- Design tailored and standardized end-to-end logistics solutions by combining global and local products and services.
- Assess the operational, commercial, and financial viability of proposed solutions to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Support Sales throughout customer meetings, tenders, negotiations, and complex solution presentations.
- Define growth strategies for customer segments, industry verticals, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product teams on service capabilities, pricing strategies, and cost structures.
- Create customized and scalable solutions to grow existing accounts and win new business.

Requirements
- This position is open to candidates located in Panama City, Panama; Bogotá, Colombia; or Guatemala City, Guatemala.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, solution development, commercial management, customer success, or business consulting.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, International Business, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations.
- Ability to develop strategic solutions aligned with business goals.
- Financial and commercial acumen, including cost analysis and budgeting.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced PowerPoint skills.
