Provides Level-3 technical ownership and advanced support for airport passenger-processing and biometric systems. Performs system, application, and infrastructure diagnostics; leads root-cause analysis and permanent fixes; manages OEM support cases, configuration, firmware, software maintenance, upgrades, and preventive monitoring. Maintains technical documentation, mentors Level-2 staff, advises the Change Advisory Board, and supports peak-period device performance. Requires manufacturer product certification, ITIL Foundation, five or more years of hands-on experience, and a valid airport security pass.

Supervise Terminal Operations Centre coverage across all shifts, monitor TOC systems and video displays, prioritize and escalate faults and incidents, coordinate with operations teams and MATAR, and maintain operational logs and handovers. The role ensures continuous TOC availability, rapid priority response, high-quality shift handovers, and compliance with airport security, HSE, cybersecurity, authorized-device, and time-and-attendance policies.

Provides Level-3 support for CCTV and video-surveillance systems, recording servers, storage, and security infrastructure. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, OEM escalation management, system maintenance and upgrades, monitoring, documentation, preventive maintenance, change assessments, and mentoring Level-2 technicians. The role maintains VMS, cameras, recording, retention, failover, and analytics systems while complying with airport security, HSE, and cybersecurity requirements.

Manages project HSE plans, safety procedures, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems, inductions, toolbox talks, and competency records. Leads incident and near-miss investigations, corrective actions, HSE reporting, environmental compliance, and energy-saving initiatives. Promotes safety culture and ensures compliance with client policies, Qatar regulations, airport safety requirements, and security standards.

Conducts site HSE activities including risk assessments, permit-to-work audits, toolbox talks, inductions, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Maintains PPE, training, and fitness records while ensuring compliance with site and client HSE requirements. Requires an HSE, engineering, or related diploma or degree, at least four years of comparable experience, NEBOSH or IOSH certification, and knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Designs, implements, and advises on end-to-end Fortinet cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include assessing security requirements, conducting risk assessments and network audits, reviewing architectures, leading implementations, advising customers, delivering technical workshops, and collaborating with sales, presales, and SOC teams.

Provides 24x7 network and system monitoring, advanced diagnostics, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes. Manages OEM support cases, configuration, firmware and software upgrades, preventive maintenance, predictive monitoring, and monitoring coverage after changes.
