Prepare detailed engineering, construction, as-built, shop and Traffic Diversion Plan drawings for Drainage and TSE projects per Ashghal standards; coordinate revisions with engineers and site teams, maintain drawing registers, review for accuracy, and support project execution.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance using a CMMS. Develop work orders, analyze maintenance data and KPIs, prepare schedules and resource forecasts, manage spare parts needs, maintain records, and coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering to ensure safe, timely execution of maintenance tasks.

Monitor and enforce HSE compliance on-site, conduct hazard identifications and risk assessments, investigate incidents, deliver safety training and PTW oversight, support emergency preparedness, maintain safety documentation, and coordinate with project stakeholders to drive continuous safety improvements and a zero-incident culture.
