Manage staffing schedules for a healthcare or long-term care facility, ensuring coverage across all shifts and compliance with labor regulations, staffing ratios, budgets, and facility policies. Track attendance, absences, overtime, time-off requests, and shift changes; coordinate replacements during shortages; communicate with employees and department leaders; support recruitment and onboarding; maintain staffing records; and respond to emergency coverage needs, including participation in an on-call rotation.
