Support Project Managers by coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules and QC documentation in the ERP, liaising with customers and internal teams, preparing minutes and contract review data, managing risks, and providing administrative support to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Provide hands-on design support across manufacturing and production: design jigs, fixtures, tooling; produce and maintain accurate engineering drawings; resolve technical issues; support QA, procurement and test activities; maintain configuration control and promote safe working practices.

The Production Engineer will enhance efficiency and support product delivery by improving manufacturing processes and collaborating with various teams on both Assembly & Test and Machining operations.

Coordinate and lead engineering input for bids: translate customer requirements into costed, compliant technical proposals; produce specifications; manage multi-disciplinary resources; estimate engineering effort; attend customer meetings and support continuous improvement and security-aware work for naval defence projects.

Plan and maintain detailed weekly production schedules by balancing CRP loads and capacity in IFS. Monitor MRP exceptions, expedite operations and materials, communicate schedules to shop floor leadership, and ensure on-time kitting and delivery. Provide guidance to shop floor teams and adjust schedules to meet customer and project demands.

The ERP Business Analyst will analyze and improve business processes in alignment with ERP systems, support upgrades, and enhance user adoption.

As an Acceptance & Test Engineer, you will produce test deliverables, support design reviews, and ensure compliance with quality standards for engineering projects.

Maintain and control technical drawings and BOM data in the ERP, issue manufacturing documentation, track revisions and distribution, support RFQs and NSN applications, allocate tariff codes, and provide general engineering administrative support to ensure accurate engineering information for manufacturing and procurement.
