Lead APQP implementation and quality activities across product design and manufacturing. Manage PFMEA, MSA, Control Plans, PPAP, audits, compliance reviews, corrective actions, customer quality communications, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support quality planning, stakeholder reporting, staff training, and health and safety policies while working independently in a naval defense manufacturing environment.

The Production Engineer will enhance efficiency and support product delivery by improving manufacturing processes and collaborating with various teams on both Assembly & Test and Machining operations.

Coordinate and lead engineering input for bids: translate customer requirements into costed, compliant technical proposals; produce specifications; manage multi-disciplinary resources; estimate engineering effort; attend customer meetings and support continuous improvement and security-aware work for naval defence projects.

The ERP Business Analyst will analyze and improve business processes in alignment with ERP systems, support upgrades, and enhance user adoption.
