Leads all fundraising and development efforts, including major gifts, annual and planned giving, grants, events, capital campaigns, donor cultivation, database management, and grant writing. Oversees public relations, marketing, community outreach, website content, customer service initiatives, and internal communications. Reports to the President/CEO and builds relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission.

Provides case management and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional services for individuals in Community Day Services. Develops and implements person-centered plans, coordinates services, conducts assessments, monitors progress, trains staff and individuals, supports daily living and vocational skills, and communicates with agencies and interdisciplinary team members.

Manages independent living services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Leads interdisciplinary teams, supervises program coordinators and direct support staff, implements person-centered plans, coordinates services, monitors outcomes, provides training, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance with regulations, licensing, accreditation standards, and agency policies.

Serve as strategic finance leader overseeing accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, ERP/IT, revenue cycle, audits, risk management, capital planning, and financial analysis. Advise CEO and board, develop long-term financial strategy and models, lead finance and IT teams, and ensure compliance with GAAP, grants, and regulatory requirements to support organizational sustainability and growth.
