Lead all fundraising, development, PR, marketing, and donor relations including major gifts, annual fund, planned giving, grant writing, events, social media, vendor/customer relationships, and volunteer coordination. Manage donor database, website and communications, develop fundraising goals and budgets, supervise PR/Development Coordinator, and collaborate with executive leadership to support agency growth and job-training opportunities for persons served.

Serve as strategic finance leader overseeing accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, ERP/IT, revenue cycle, audits, risk management, capital planning, and financial analysis. Advise CEO and board, develop long-term financial strategy and models, lead finance and IT teams, and ensure compliance with GAAP, grants, and regulatory requirements to support organizational sustainability and growth.

Provide case management, supervision, training, and implementation of Person-Centered Plans for individuals in an Intermittent CILA program. Oversee IDT coordination, staff development, documentation, regulatory compliance, assessments, referrals, and quality assurance. Ensure safety, maintain records, deliver direct training in daily living/vocational skills, and perform supervisory and administrative duties including meetings, reporting, and required trainings/certifications.

Directs planning, implementation, operation, and evaluation of Community Day Services; ensures compliance with laws/licensure and agency policies; hires, trains, supervises staff via Paycom; coordinates with case management and interdisciplinary teams; manages budgets, billing, documentation, quality improvement, outreach, transportation, crisis intervention, and required training/certifications.
