Directs planning, implementation, evaluation, compliance, staffing, budgeting, quality assurance, and daily operations for Community Day Services supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness. Supervises program staff, coordinates person-centered plans and referrals, maintains licensing and accreditation standards, monitors documentation and billing, develops resources, manages safety and transportation requirements, and represents the agency to families, community partners, and funders.

Lead all fundraising, development, PR, marketing, and donor relations including major gifts, annual fund, planned giving, grant writing, events, social media, vendor/customer relationships, and volunteer coordination. Manage donor database, website and communications, develop fundraising goals and budgets, supervise PR/Development Coordinator, and collaborate with executive leadership to support agency growth and job-training opportunities for persons served.

Serve as strategic finance leader overseeing accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, ERP/IT, revenue cycle, audits, risk management, capital planning, and financial analysis. Advise CEO and board, develop long-term financial strategy and models, lead finance and IT teams, and ensure compliance with GAAP, grants, and regulatory requirements to support organizational sustainability and growth.
