Supports day-to-day HR operations across assigned locations, serving as a first-line resource for employees and managers. Responsibilities include benefits and leave administration, employee relations support, policy compliance, corrective action guidance, HRIS maintenance and reporting, performance review tracking, stay and exit interviews, retention efforts, and HR training coordination. The role monitors HR trends, resolves routine benefits and Paycom issues, maintains documentation, and escalates complex matters to HR leadership.

Develop and maintain demand forecasts, monitor inventory across sales channels, manage category-level ordering, communicate with suppliers, and identify supply chain risks and process improvements. The Planner collaborates with sales, marketing, production, logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to support product launches, ensure timely deliveries, and optimize inventory levels.

Manage and grow independent retail accounts across Central and Southern regions through prospecting, relationship-building, sales planning, promotions, merchandising, and cross-functional coordination. Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations for national wholesale accounts, guiding pick/pack/ship activities, monitoring workflow and productivity, ensuring order accuracy and client compliance, documenting performance, and supporting safety and equipment needs in a warehouse environment.

Lead daily packing operations for Direct, Wholesale, International and retail orders. Assign tasks, train and mentor Packing Associates, pack and prepare shipments using proper materials, monitor packing-material inventory, and support productivity and quality standards in a warehouse environment.

Lead product design across Kitchen, Dining, and Entertaining categories: concepting, 3D modeling, prototyping, CAD and technical documentation, artwork and asset management, vendor collaboration, and driving designs through development to production while improving processes and leveraging digital tools and 3D technologies.

Hand-paint Aurora pottery by applying stain/china paint to ceramic pieces to meet quality and efficiency standards. Move pieces between racks/workstations, perform labor data entry, maintain clean work area and equipment, and follow specific instructions. Training provided; focus on attention to detail and continuous improvement.

Manage day-to-day Amazon and e-tail marketplace operations, support product launches and merchandising, coordinate content and assets, assist international marketplace and TikTok Shop expansion, maintain project workflows and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute channel strategy.

Provide exceptional customer service in-store, by phone, and email; drive sales; build customer relationships; maintain and restock sales floor; assist with opening/closing and use POS and basic office software.
