Lead and manage the Design team to deliver two annual collections and capsule launches. Own creative direction, design briefs, cross-functional collaboration, budgeting, and process improvements to balance brand creativity with commercial goals. Coach designers, oversee production of proprietary artwork, and support product assortment and revenue objectives.

Manage and grow independent retail accounts across Central and Southern regions through prospecting, relationship-building, sales planning, promotions, merchandising, and cross-functional coordination. Analyze sales data, enforce brand standards, manage orders, present product launches, and report progress against budgets while traveling regularly.

Receive, document, verify, and move incoming/outgoing inventory; process shipments and returns; pick components; assist with cycle counts, packing, and warehouse duties; operate material handling equipment; maintain organized records and follow safety procedures.
