Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. Architect fault-tolerant systems, collaborate with product and infra teams, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, own on-call incident response, and drive technical debt reduction and CI/CD/observability practices.

Develop, optimize, and maintain frontend web games using TypeScript, Pixi.js, and Spine. Implement game mechanics, integrate assets and animations, optimize performance across desktop and mobile browsers, debug cross-browser issues, collaborate with producers, designers, artists, backend developers and QA, participate in code reviews and agile development to deliver high-quality iGaming titles.

Support company compliance across multiple jurisdictions by maintaining regulatory frameworks, licensing applications, contracts, policies, reporting, and stakeholder training. Liaise with regulators and external counsel, manage contract governance, maintain records, and handle varied legal and compliance matters to ensure safe, licensed operations.

Own and drive the casino platform product focused on player experience (lobby, search, gameplay, tournaments, jackpots). Maintain backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory/compliance adherence, track KPIs, support commercial goals, and advise senior leadership on strategy and delivery.

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in a microservices architecture using .NET. Collaborate with product and senior engineers, participate in code reviews, debug production issues, own small features end-to-end, and grow technical skills toward a senior engineering role.

Create and adapt digital and print graphics for campaigns, social media, websites, and UI layouts. Support senior designers, maintain brand consistency, prepare print-ready files, retouch images, organise assets, and collaborate with marketing and product teams while developing digital design skills.
