Support payment processing and fraud prevention by monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activity, conducting KYC verifications, handling payment-related customer inquiries, maintaining transaction and case records, and collaborating with Compliance, Customer Support, and Risk teams to improve processes and ensure regulatory adherence.

Support company compliance across multiple jurisdictions by maintaining regulatory frameworks, licensing applications, contracts, policies, reporting, and stakeholder training. Liaise with regulators and external counsel, manage contract governance, maintain records, and handle varied legal and compliance matters to ensure safe, licensed operations.

Own and drive the casino platform product focused on player experience (lobby, search, gameplay, tournaments, jackpots). Maintain backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory/compliance adherence, track KPIs, support commercial goals, and advise senior leadership on strategy and delivery.
