This role will form part of the Product Delivery team working with our industry-leading gaming products and platforms.
As a Platform - Product Owner, you will be responsible for building and managing an industry leading product in the area of promotional tools for the core product casino games. You will be mainly focusing on the casino gaming experience of the player which includes lobby and landing pages, game search, game play, tournaments, jackpots and more. Your main target will be to continuously improve our casino experience of our players on our websites and making sure that we offer the best products and features in the market.
Tasks
* Full ownership and knowledge of the casino domain, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Being accountable for the product development in order to improve casino experience, focusing on a seamless and hassle-free user experience, working closely with a dedicated cross-functional development team.
* Partner closely with the Engineering Teams to oversee the end-to-end delivery of platform features and integrations.
* Own and maintain a well-prioritised product backlog.
* Produce detailed product specifications in the form of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, complemented by descriptive aids such as wireframes and flowcharts where necessary, to ensure the Engineering teams have all required information to deliver the desired outcome.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product vision.
* Anticipate and address potential risks, ensuring the platform adheres to the highest standards of regulatory, security and compliance requirements.
* Support commercial intelligence and business teams in meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and decisions.
* Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platform. Use these insights to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimisation.
* Collaborating with other product owners and different stakeholders to align on vision, goals and new projects.
* Provide regular, high-level updates to the Group Head of Product Delivery on the progress of platform initiatives, key achievements, and challenges.
Requirements
* 3+ years as a Platform Product Owner or Technical Product Owner with a strong understanding of software development and technical concepts and prior experience in the gaming industry will be considered a plus.
* A relevant academic degree or qualifications; preferably technology and/or business related.
* Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
* Ability to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
* Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritize features that balance customer satisfaction with business goals.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into solvable and easily understandable parts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
* Personal attributes: self-driven, proactive, great organization and prioritization skills, accountable,collaborative.
