Manage contract lifecycle processes, prepare and route agreements, track obligations and legal matters, maintain legal files and calendars, support litigation and discovery, administer records retention, and create legal workflows, templates, SOPs, dashboards, and SharePoint sites. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and business partners across the organization.

The Accountant prepares and uploads journal entries, maintains financial records, performs reconciliations and variance analysis, reviews financial statements, investigates accounting discrepancies, and prepares compliance reports and tax filings. The role researches accounting concepts, collaborates with finance, tax, public accounting, and operational teams, and supports accurate financial reporting. Strong organization, communication, time management, Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience are required.

Supervise warehouse operations in a GMP environment, directing goods flow, order picking, packing, shipping, returns, staffing, training, safety, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. Schedule and allocate employee workloads, maintain attendance and performance records, resolve labor and inventory issues, improve procedures, and respond to emergency healthcare shipments. The role requires 24/7 on-call availability for operational emergencies.

Provides first-tier technical support to employees for computer systems, software, hardware, mobile devices, installations, errors, and application usage. Manages help desk incidents and service requests, escalates urgent issues, monitors systems, updates knowledge base documentation, and supports improvement projects. The hybrid role includes scheduled on-call coverage approximately five times annually.
